I've noticed BG is higher than usual now that school has broken up (Primary Music Teacher). Do you think I should inrease both AM & PM background insulin?

Last two weeks have been really difficult to manage BG and I've been mostly high. I expected that once school finished on Fri 18th it would be easier to manage, but if anything my readings are even higher, probably because of reduced stress?
