If you have fake meat does it have carbs that need to be counted?

potentially yes......

for example a quick search on myfitnesspal for quorn hot dogs gives a result of 26g CHO for 1 hotdog.....

so the more processed items could have carbs in the region of above, but most of the items may only have small amounts...

so best to check packaging and adopt the rules unique to you when considering carbs less than 10g etc....
